When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email, phone number, company, country, message and equipment requirements, together with the selected language and source page URL. We store inquiries in the website database so that authorized administrators and sales staff can review and respond to them. Inquiry information is not published on the website.
If email notifications are enabled, inquiry information is sent to the configured sales email address through a third-party email service or an SMTP relay accessed over HTTPS. The service receives the information needed to deliver that notification.
For administrator access, signing in with ChatGPT may provide your email address and, when available, your name to identify you and check your permissions. The administrator login cookie expires after 12 hours. The public website stores your cookie-notice preference in your browser’s local storage.
